- Focus Groups
Qualitative technique involving 6-10 members of a target audience discussing concepts, messaging, creative executions, etc. in an intensive two-hour open-ended session.
- In-depth Interviews
Qualitative technique involving one of our professionally trained interviewers exploring high-level stakeholder opinions, perceptions, lexicon and communication in a 10-30 minute session. We offer in-depth interviews as one-on-one, dyads and/or triads.
- Ethnographies
