We have a dual-layered Data Audit process, which allows us to transform your volumes of information into an effective, evidence-based communications campaign.

Phase 1: Information/Data Inventory

  1. Audit to identify insights that are relevant to a future communications campaign.
    • We conduct a comprehensive scan and documentation of all relevant data, determining the key findings and relevant information to your potential campaign.
  2. “Gap analysis” to determine what (if any) additional research needs to be done.
    • After our in-depth analysis, we determine what further research may be needed, to ensure you launch the optimal campaign.

Current Customer/Member Analysis

  1. Segment your customers/members, based on pre-determined, key demographics.
    • As a part of the initial audit, we will also scan and analyze any customer/member information you have, in order to give you customized recommendations.
  2. Enhance with additional consumer data (if needed) to provide better segmentation, intelligence and insight.
    • In order to ensure a demographically- up to date strategy, it may be necessary to conduct additional membership and affinity demographic research.

    Current member analysis allows us to deliver a report which includes demographics and develop an overall analysis which is segmented and can target key members.

Phase 2: Strategic Recommendations

  1. Perform new research (if any), such as:
    • Benchmarking
    • Message testing
    • Data tracking
    • Dial testing
  2. Create and deliver a preliminary report of all analysis, including messaging recommendations.
    • We deliver a report, including analysis and recommendations based on your old data, and any new research conducted.
